The Friendship Flotilla is a simple idea – you stick police officers and Indigenous youth in canoes and from that comes a better understanding of each other is the result.
People in Ottawa were lamenting the fact that this year’s edition of the flotilla.
But by the looks of it, there will be the 19th edition of the trip next year.
