A Saskatchewan judge has overturned a suspension handed out to Guy Lonechild by the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations.
Lonechild was suspended for failing to inform the FSIN of a drunk driving charge against him.
But the FSIN says the court has overstepped it’s authority.
