Lake St. Martin FN “not giving up” until new reserve created

After months of trying to negotiate for a new home, a Manitoba reserve is taking their future into their own hands.

Dozens of evacuees from the flooded-out Lake St. Martin First Nation are now occupying a site outside of Winnipeg.

They say they want a new reserve now.
