Two convicted First Nations men with FASD kept out of jail by Yukon courts

The alternative sentence will allow the men to continue to live in supportive housing

In the Yukon, two men with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder will not be going to jail.

Instead, they will continue to live under supervised support, in a move applauded by advocates.
