In Delta, British Columbia, it has been now several weeks since an injunction was filed against protestors blocking construction of a highway project.
The protestors have since fired back with their own injunction and they claim a new super highway is being built on top of an ancient burial site.
The leadership of the local First Nation, however, is backing the freeway builders.
It’s a story of development versus historical preservation.
