AFN special chiefs assembly begins Tuesday with address from Trudeau

Hundreds of chiefs and many more delegates are arriving in Gatineau, Que. to get ready for Assembly of First Nation’s annual special chiefs assembly.

There are a few special guests planned, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who address the gathering Tuesday morning. APTN National News will broadcast his speech live.
