Ontario First Nation in battle with feds over use of funds

The Serpent River First Nation in Ontario has opened a new water treatment plant.

It’s good news for the community of about 600.

But as APTN’s Delaney Windigo reports the community was also looking for fire protection and then Aboriginal Affairs got involved.
