The Unist’ot’en camp, which consists of mostly elders, women and children, is on high alert after rumours surfaced of impending RCMP action.
The RCMP has since denied it plans any raid of the camp.
The camp is in the path of two natural gas pipelines and the workers have been blocked from accessing the pipeline routes.
