Facebook comments blame Tlicho hunters for demise of caribou stocks

Comments made by an employee of a Yellowknife Catholic school board has enraged Tlicho hunters in the Northwest Territories.

David Radcliff post a number of facebook posting blaming the hunters for the demise of caribou stocks.
