Yes, Whitehorse, Santa Claus is back … in his dump truck

In Whitehorse, Santa Claus hasn’t been around the last few years.

But a hallmark tradition is back on the road as Garbage Truck Santa is, err, trucking again.

He’s spreading Christmas cheer and candy canes to Whitehorse residents.
