Flash mobs are all the rage on Internet sites like YouTube.
These impromptu-looking performances have become quite popular all over North America.
One took place in downtown Regina and it was unique way to ring in the New Year in the prairie province.
This round dance broke out in the middle of a busy downtown street.
With dozens of onlookers joining hands and dancing to the beat of hand drums.
It was organized to bring awareness of First Nations culture and to welcome 2011 with peace and unity.
