RCMP confirm child arrested in death of boy on Saskatchewan First Nation

The RCMP confirmed what APTN National News first revealed last week that the alleged killer of a six year-old boy on a Saskatchewan First Nation is a child himself.

Officers told media Tuesday in Regina they are working with social welfare officials to figure out the next steps.
