Métis Nation British Columbia votes to leave the Métis National Council

Members of the Métis Nation British Columbia have voted to leave the Métis National Council, effectively immediately. In a statement, MNBC President Walter Mineault said despite 40 years of ‘good work’, the current MNC structure was no longer equitable.
