‘I was devastated’: Man has wrong leg amputated in a Winnipeg hospital

Jason Kennedy went to a Winnipeg hospital to get his right leg amputated due to a bone infection – but a surgeon removed the wrong leg. A critical incident review is underway to learn why the wrong limb was amputated. More on this story coming Friday.
