Woman asks RCMP to release file of her late father, who accused priest of sexual assault

Tanya Tungilik is asking the RCMP to release the file of her late father Marius Tungilik. Marius was one of five victims to accuse Catholic priest Johannes Rivoire of sexually assaulting him as a youth. The RCMP say they cannot due to the Privacy Act.
