150th anniversary of the signing of Treaty 4 – what should people know about it?

This year marks the 150th anniversary of the signing of Treaty 4 in 1874 in the area of what is now called Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan. Sheldon Krasowski from Office of the Treaty Commissioner discusses the history and what's being planned this year.
