StatCan makes change to crime index after town said it spiked racist incidents

Statistics Canada released the Crime Severity Index last week and one community in Saskatchewan is pleased their concerns have been addressed. North Battleford town officials told Statistics Canada labels like ‘Crime Capital of Canada’ harm communities.
