Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation says federal funding shortfall is creating hardship

A First Nation in northern Manitoba says a federal funding shortfall is creating hardship at its personal care home. Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation Chief Angela Levasseur says this means the First Nation has to cover the costs of essential drugs and supplies.
