With all the flooding in Alberta one Manitoba First Nation is still trying to rebuild two years after water washed away their lives.
The provincial government recently announced a new location for the Lake St. Martin First Nation after many of their homes were wiped out.
But as APTN’s Matt Thordarson explains two experts have come forward to warn the new site will face the same old problems.
