NDP MP drills into feds about funding a proper hospital in James Bay

During Question Period, NDP MP Charlie Angus drilled the Liberal government about funding a proper hospital in James Bay. The Weeneebayko Area Health Authority has stated there has been no money announced by Ottawa for its new hospital.
