NunatuKavut Community Council defends MOU amid claims membership is not Indigenous

The president of the NunatuKavut Community Council appeared in federal court in Ottawa to defend a memorandum of understanding signed with the federal government. The NCC represents about 6,000 people in southern Labrador who say they are Inuit.
