Nunavut health minister criticizes how Non-Insured Health Benefits program is funded

Nunavut's legislative assembly started its winter sitting this week. The territorial health minister says money for Non-Insured Health Benefits put forward by Indigenous Services Canada will not meet Nunavut’s needs for healthcare or medical transport.
