Lawsuit launched after Treaty 4 chiefs say Canada not living up to treaty terms

Chiefs of Treaty 4 territory in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba have launched a class action lawsuit against the federal government for not living up to some of the terms agreed on when the treaty was signed.
