First Nation in Nova Scotia celebrates National Ribbon Skirt Day with Mi’kmaw culture

National Ribbon Skirt Day became a community event on the Sipekne’katik First Nation yesterday in Nova Scotia. As Angel Moore reports, it was celebrated with traditional Mi’kmaw culture.
