Listuguj Mi’kmaq Nation calls for a moratorium on shrimp fishery

According to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, warming waters is contributing to declining shrimp stocks in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. The Listuguj Mi’kmaq Nation is calling for a moratorium on the shrimp fishery. Associate Director of the Natural Resources Denny Isaac joins APTN National News to share more about a recent meeting with Canada’s fisheries minister.
