Revitalizing the Nakota Stoney language is the focus of conference in Edmonton

The Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation is wrapping up a three-day conference in Edmonton designed to help protect the Nakota language. The event brought hundreds of Nakota, Lakota and Dakota people together to find methods to revitalize the Nakota Stoney language.
