Recent killing of teenage boy in Sask. prompts First Nation leaders to declare state of emergency

The recent killing of a 17-year-old boy in Deschambault Lake, Saskatchewan, prompted local First Nation leaders to declare a state of emergency. An underaged girl and an adult male have been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the case.
