Settlement agreement to help address treaty obligations Canada failed to honour

The newly-appointed minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations was at the Kinistin Saulteaux Nation in Saskatchewan to sign a specific claim settlement agreement. The agreement will help address the treaty obligations Canada failed to honour in Treaty 4.
