Indigenous candidate hopes to be next MLA to represent in Vancouver

An Indigenous woman in B.C. hopes to be the next MLA representing the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in Vancouver. If elected, Joan Phillip will be the only Indigenous woman MLA in B.C.
