FSIN Vice Chief advocates for better addictions treatment programming

The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations Vice Chief Heather Bear is advocating for better addiction programs. Her daughter Novalee Shy-Ann Fox was seeking treatment but they didn't have enough beds. She was released from the hospital and is now missing.
