Designer in North Vancouver honoured to make ribbon skirts for others

National Ribbon Skirt Day sparked a movement of women and girls who wear ribbon skirts to showcase their pride. APTN's Tina House caught up with one designer in North Vancouver who says she is honoured to make them for others.
