Scholarship dedicated in memory of Nunavut nursing student

It’s been seven weeks since a young Nunavut nursing student was found dead in her Ottawa apartment. Savanna Pikuyak's parents were at the Nunavut Legislative Assembly to dedicate a scholarship in their daughter's name, and they spoke from the heart.
