The government of the Northwest Territories has been meeting with their federal counterparts in Ottawa this week.
The main topic of discussion looks to be devolution.
This comes after decades of setbacks and false starts. A final agreement could just be months away.
But with only half of the territory’s First Nations on board the road to devolution may be a little rougher than expected.
