Mi’kmaw fisher’s court case adjourned until August

A Mi’kmaw fisherman was prepared to defend himself in a Digby, Nova Scotia, courthouse on Tuesday. He is charged with violating the Fisheries Act, but the case has been adjourned until August 8 to set a new trial date.
