Independent panel calls for Indigenous representation within Thunder Bay police

An independent expert panel is calling for changes in the Thunder Bay Police Service, including more Indigenous representation. Investigations into the Thunder Bay Police revealed racism and inadequate investigations into the deaths of Indigenous people.
