When you hear the term hip hop, you probably don’t connect that music genre with Inuit culture.
But an Ottawa-based social work program called “Blueprint for Life” is making that connection.
Inuit youth all over northern Quebec are not only embracing hip hop culture, but adding some of their own unique twists.
