Dear
National Chief:
First
of all I want to wish you and you Family a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy
New Year.
I
wish to take this opportunity to humbly request, that because Bill C 45 has
been passed by the Canadian Senate, that you and your executive send a letter on behalf of all the
Chiefs directly to the Queen of England, explaining the situation to her, and
requesting that the Governor General not sign Bill C45 and other bills that
affect the Indigenous Peoples of Canada,
and also request that the Governor General be recalled until
this crisis is over!!
I also suggest that you write to the European Parliament,
explaining to them what is happening to the Indigenous Peoples in Canada, and
request their support, them making representations to the Queen on our behalf.
I trust that you will give my request your usual warm onsideration.
And I look forward to you response.
Yours Sincerely,
Dr. John Joe Sark LLD (Hon.).
