Atikamekw of Wemotaci partners in mining activity in their territory

The Atikamekw of Wemotaci are now partners in the mining activity on their territory. The Lake Letondal Mine been operating for 50 years near the community of Wemotaci, but the community didn't take part in the management or profits until recently.
