Protest against a proposed silica sand mine in Manitoba

An Indigenous-led group held a rally Tuesday at the Manitoba legislature in opposition to a proposed silica sand mine in Hollow Water First Nation territory. Camp Morning Star held a press conference following an un-answered letter they sent to the Manitoba premier in November.
