Court will hear evidence of alleged RCMP misconduct in the Fairy Creek

The B.C. Supreme Court will hear evidence of alleged RCMP misconduct in the Fairy Creek case. A group of lawyers representing protesters are seeking to have contempt of court charges stayed, alleging police targeted protesters who were not in breach of an injunction.
