Quebec reduces mandatory isolation time from 10 days to five

Quebec is one of the worst-hit provinces in this fifth wave of the pandemic. Even with more than 14,000 cases on the books today, the province reduced its mandatory isolation time to five days and are relying on those affected to handle their own contact tracing.
