Community reflects on impact of Helen Betty Osborne’s death 50 years after her murder

It has been 50 years since Helen Betty Osborne was abducted and murdered in The Pas, Manitoba. The mishandled investigation into her murder sparked outrage and in part led to the Aboriginal Justice Inquiry. Friends and family are gathering this weekend to honour her life.
