1100 homeless people out on one day in Winnipeg, two thirds Indigenous according to report

A new homelessness report shows there were around 1100 homeless people on one day in Winnipeg this year. Around two-thirds of those people identified as Indigenous. End Homelessness Winnipeg says they plan to conduct a follow-up census this spring.
