Two Inuit women in Labrador are vying for seat in the House of Commons

In Labrador, two Inuit women candidates are vying for that seat in the House of Commons. Inuk Yvonne Jones has held the riding for the Liberals since 2013. Looking to unseat Jones is fellow Inuk Amy Norman, running for the NDP, along with Conservative Shane Dumaresque. This riding is where the Innu Nation is suing both the federal and Newfoundland Liberal governments over the Muskrat Falls project.
