Research finds private donations fueled rise of residential schools

New research out of Alberta has found private donations fueled the rise of residential schools in Canada. Tiffany Prete is a doctor of philosophy and University of Calgary researcher. She is also a member of the Kainai Nation/Blood Tribe. She joins APTN National News to explain.
