Canadian Human Rights Commission releases third report on human rights of Innu

The Canadian Human Rights Commission released a third report on the human rights of the Innu of Labrador. It's a long-awaited follow-up to recommendations made in a 2002 report. Innu leaders say progress has been made, but much more needs to be done.
