Memorial held for Innu man who died of exposure in a Montreal portable toilet in January

It was a moment five months and thousands of kilometres in the making. Late last week, family and supporters came together for a memorial to honour Raphael Andre, a homeless Innu man in Montreal who died of exposure in a portable toilet back in January.
