Cree Elder to receive the Order of Manitoba

Cree Elder Ruth Christie is one of twelve Manitobans chosen to receive the Order of Manitoba this year. Christie has dedicated her life to preserving Indigenous history and educating others on the role Indigenous people had in shaping the province and the country.
