Clock ticking on moose hunting moratorium agreement between Algonquins and Quebec

The clock is ticking before the Algonquins of Barriere Lake in Quebec come back to the negotiating table with the province to either accept or reject the proposed offer of a two-year moratorium on moose hunting. But the community still has not come any closer to a consensus.
