Arctic Winter Games postponed for a second time as games pushed to 2023

Every two years, the Arctic Winter Games brings together athletes from all around the north. They were postponed last year due to COVID-19 and slated to be held in 2022, but now the organizing committee has pushed the event back to 2023.
